Specialist position is a full-time, 100% remote opportunity
offering $20.00 per hour with long-term potential and a standard

Compensation The pay for this position is $20.00 per hour Bilingual
Patient Access Specialist ??? Highlights This is a contract role
with potential for long-term assignment Schedule: Monday???Friday,
8-hour shift between 7:00 AM ??? 7:00 PM CST (schedule assigned)
Training: 4???6 weeks, Monday???Friday, 8:00 AM???5:00 PM CST
(virtual attendance required) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. residents
only) Bilingual Patient Access Specialist ??? Responsibilities
Communicate with patients and healthcare providers via
inbound/outbound calls Create and manage referrals and applications
in CRM systems Provide empathetic support and education throughout
the patient journey Accurately enter and update case notes during
live calls Follow-up with patients or providers to ensure
application completion Meet daily/weekly performance metrics while
maintaining quality and compliance Uphold company policies and
HIPAA guidelines during all patient interactions Bilingual Patient
Access Specialist ??? Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English
(spoken and written) is required High School diploma required;
Associate degree or higher preferred 2???4 years of customer-facing
experience (call center or healthcare preferred) Must type at least
40 WPM with accurate transcription skills Strong written/verbal
communication, organizational, and time management skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and video
conferencing tools (Teams, Zoom) Ability to multitask using phone
systems, databases, and documentation tools simultaneously
Healthcare, insurance, or pharmacy program experience is a plus
Bilingual Patient Access Specialist ??? Remote Work Requirements
Ability to work full-time , Monday???Friday within assigned shift A
dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home workspace High-speed,
hardwired internet connection (no Wi-Fi, satellite, or cellular
connections) Download speed: 15 Mbps minimum Upload speed: 5 Mbps
minimum Ping: 30ms or lower Surge protector with network line
protection for company-provided equipment Must maintain regular and
