a temporary Payment Processor in the Richardson, Texas area. If you

Processor Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm (2 Month Project) Location:
Richardson, Texas Pay Rate: $23/hr Position Summary The Payment
Processor is responsible for accurately and efficiently processing
various payment transactions, including wire transfers, ATM and
mobile deposits, ACH, and return deposit items, while ensuring
compliance with department procedures and federal regulations. This
role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills,
and the ability to interface with internal and external members to
resolve account inquiries. Additionally, the position supports
cross-training in all areas of Payment Services and assists with
daily reconciliation tasks. Key Responsibilities: Process payments
(e.g., wire transfers, ACH, deposits) in accordance with
established timelines and regulations. Investigate and resolve
member account issues by coordinating with internal teams and
external stakeholders. Perform daily balancing of spreadsheets and
general ledgers. Provide backup support across Payment Services as
needed. Deliver high-quality member service, exceeding expectations
in all interactions. Qualifications & Skills: 2-4 years of banking
or credit union experience , preferably in ACH or wire processing .
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills .
Proficiency in desktop computing and financial software programs .
High school diploma/GED required ; some college or technical
training preferred. This role requires accuracy, efficiency, and
excellent customer service to ensure smooth payment processing and
