COMMERCIAL PAINT ESTIMATOR Our Client is a leading Commercial Paint Contractor in the area seeking a successful Estimator to join their growing team! ESTIMATOR RESPONSIBILITIES Bid commercial/light industrial painting projects Actively track and follow up on all Bids, review with Ops team Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing Clients Attend job site walks to review existing conditions Create budgets and schedules ESTIMATOR QUALIFICATIONS Minimum of 2 years experience Estimating Commercial Paint Projects Excellent time management skills Extensive experience in cost controls Great interpersonal and communication skills Ideally possess a valid list of Commercial General Contractors to generate new business from ESTIMATOR COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Industry-leading compensation and bonus/commission plans ($75K-$120K base, base comp is negotiable depending on experience and skillset) Company vehicle, gas card, company phone, tablet, etc. Complete benefits package (full medical, dental, vision, 401K match, etc.) Positive company culture and flexible scheduling promoting a great work/life balance If you are looking to be part of a great team with a family feel, great benefits and a "work hard, play hard" mentality, then this is the opportunity you have been looking for!
