an experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join their dynamic
team. This firm is nationally recognized for handling sophisticated
insurance coverage litigation for both plaintiffs and defendants ,
offering a unique and well-rounded litigation experience. Position:
Insurance Coverage Attorney Location: Dallas, TX Metropolitan Area
Type: Full-Time | On-Site Responsibilities & Qualifications As an
Insurance Coverage Attorney , your role will include: Analyzing
insurance policies and preparing detailed coverage opinions
Representing clients—both policyholders and insurers—in complex
coverage litigation Handling all aspects of litigation, including
discovery, depositions, and pleadings Advising clients on risk and
claim strategy Managing files independently and working
collaboratively with legal teams Requirements: J.D. and active
Texas bar license Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance
coverage and litigation Excellent legal research, writing, and
courtroom skills Experience with both first-party property
insurance coverage and bad faith litigation is preferred. This is
