About the Role As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health. Your dedication to promoting resident independence and preserving their dignity will make a significant difference in their lives. Critical Success Factors • Exhibit a positive customer service attitude. Be approachable, friendly, and always ready to lend a helping hand. • Display personal initiative. Preferred Qualifications • Prior direct care experience preferred. Your previous experience will be an asset in providing exceptional care to our residents. • Current CPR certification preferred.
