Job Description Job Description Location: Dallas, TX Employment Type: Full-Time | Senior Leadership | Technology Sales About the Role We are seeking a high-performing Technology Sales Hunter with strong expertise in selling software services and solutions to the banking and financial services (BFSI) industry. This role is responsible for driving new client acquisition, expanding market presence, and closing high-value technology deals with regional and national banking institutions. Core Responsibilities New Business Development Identify, prospect, and acquire new banking and financial institution clients Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, targeted outreach, and cold prospecting Develop and execute account penetration strategies to enter key banking accounts Solution Selling Engage with banking clients to understand challenges, priorities, and technology needs Collaborate with internal technical teams to design and propose custom software solutions Educate clients on digital transformation, modernization, and AI-driven solutions Industry Expertise Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in BFSI Represent the company as a thought leader at banking conferences, forums, and industry events Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across existing accounts Sales Execution Manage end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal negotiation closure Ensure successful handoff to delivery teams for seamless implementation Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets Collaboration Reporting Work closely with marketing on campaigns tailored to banking clients Use CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) to manage leads, track opportunities, and forecast accurately Provide leadership with insights on pipeline status, market trends, and competitive intelligence Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA preferred) 10 years of experience in technology sales , specifically selling software solutions to BFSI clients Proven track record in selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI-driven solutions, or software products Strong understanding of banking trends, industry challenges, compliance, and operational frameworks Expertise in consultative, value-based, and solution-oriented selling Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce Key Attributes Entrepreneurial mindset with strong drive for results and revenue growth Excellent relationship-building skills with C-level executives Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, competitive sales environment
