President (SVP) of Sales, Municipal & Industrial Remote Salaried /
Full-Time About the Role: The SVP of Sales will spearhead Denali's
sales strategies within the Municipal and Food Manufacturing
sectors. This executive role demands a visionary leader adept at
leading top-performing sales teams, driving revenue growth,
fostering strategic partnerships, and aligning sales initiatives
with Denali's commitment to sustainability and innovation. Key
Responsibilities: - Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute
comprehensive sales strategies tailored to the Municipal and
Industrial Food Manufacturing markets, ensuring alignment with
Denali's overarching business objectives. - Team Management: Lead,
mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team, cultivating a
culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Market Expansion: Identify and capitalize on new business
opportunities, leveraging Denali's innovative services like
depackaging and composting to meet client needs . - Client
Engagement: Build and maintain robust relationships with key
stakeholders, including municipal leaders and food manufacturing
executives, to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. -
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor sales KPIs, utilizing
data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve revenue
targets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
operations, marketing, and product development teams to ensure
cohesive efforts in service delivery and market penetration.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing,
Environmental Science, or a related field; MBA preferred. - Minimum
of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with a
strong track record in the waste management or environmental
services industry. - Demonstrated success in developing and
executing sales strategies that drive significant revenue growth. -
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. -
Deep understanding of the Municipal and Food Manufacturing sectors,
including regulatory landscapes and sustainability trends.
Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with Denali's service
offerings, such as eco-friendly food waste recycling and biosolids
management . - Experience in leading sales teams through periods of
rapid growth and market expansion. Skills: The required skills for
this role include strong leadership and team management abilities,
which are essential for guiding the sales team towards achieving
their goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills will
be utilized daily to build relationships with clients and
stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met. Analytical skills are
crucial for interpreting market data and trends, allowing the SVP
to make informed decisions that drive sales strategies. Negotiation
skills will be employed to secure contracts and agreements that
benefit both the company and its clients. Additionally, strategic
thinking will be necessary for developing long-term plans that
