Job Description:
The Senior Sales Manager combines technical expertise, strategic
sales, and communication skills, with a focus on producing
technical white papers addressing topics like the effects of water
storage on transients and energy consumption. The Senior Sales
Manager will directly contribute to our success by engaging
clients, understanding their needs, and delivering high-value
solutions. Client Details Our Client is a leader in engineering,
construction, and asset management services, specializing in
storage solutions for the water, wastewater, power, and industrial
markets. Operating across North America, we are known for
successfully delivering complex projects with unmatched efficiency
and precision. Innovation and challenging traditional methods are
central to our approach. Description Lead efforts to establish and
grow our presence in tyour designated market, identifying potential
clients and building long-term relationships. Develop and execute
strategic market entry plans to achieve sales targets. Serve as a
technical resource, consulting clients on the impacts of water
storage on transients and energy consumption, and offering
customized solutions. Work closely with municipalities and other
stakeholders to tailor proposals and product offerings that meet
specific needs. Deliver compelling sales presentations showcasing
the technical advantages, value propositions, and ROI of our
solutions. Manage the entire sales process, from initial engagement
through to project completion, ensuring a seamless experience for
clients. Stay informed on industry trends, market developments, and
competitor activities to adapt strategies and identify new
opportunities. Profile Bachelor's degree in engineering or a
related technical field (preferred) or equivalent industry
experience. Proven experience in technical sales, particularly
within industrial equipment or infrastructure sectors. Strong
ability to create technical white papers and documentation.
Experience working with municipalities and government entities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly
articulate complex technical concepts. Self-motivated and able to
work independently to achieve sales goals. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
Flexible and adaptable to a dynamic market environment.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with
cross-functional teams. Job Offer Moderate overnight travel (less
than 50%), by land or air. Generous benefits 150-170k base bonus
