Responsibilities:
--- Thinking outside the box will help multiply your success

--- Inspect roofs so that we can determine if there's enough damage to file an insurance claim
--- All you have to do is sell
--- You don't have to fetch materials on the day of the jobs or order materials
--- Pick up the checks from the homeowners
--- Develop great relationships with homeowners/building owners
--- No project management at all. Being there on the day the job is going on is a great way to get the neighbors

Qualifications:
--- Be coachable and willing to learn
--- A strong work ethic is necessary
--- Previous experience is not necessary
--- You must be the person who works when nobody is looking
--- You must be motivated and have a high drive to want to succeed
--- Clear and effective communication is a must
