CornerStone Staffing is partnered with a customer that is a family owned and operates home services in the Lewisville area. This position is ideal for someone who is interested in being a part of a family owned business, has excellent communication skills and loves to pick up the phone and have conversations with established clients and potential new clients.

Job Title: -Inside Sales Rep.

Location: -Lewisville, TX

Pay: -$18.00/hr. plus bonuses/commission

Schedule: -Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm

Job Description:
This inside sales position is for an energetic, aggressive self-starter who can manage heavy inbound/outbound phone contact with existing and prospective clients. The position requires excellent organization, computer and phone skills, and the ability to achieve sales goals. Essential Functions - Tasks, duties, and responsibilities.
--- Achieve sales goals
--- Maintain accurate and frequent customer information within internal database systems
--- Qualifying, following-up and tracking sales leads
--- Assists in providing support and/or guidance to customers.

Requirements:

• 
  
• 
  Knowledge of the plumbing & HVAC industry is preferred by not required.
  
  
• 
  Proven sales experience required.
  
  
• 
  Track record of meeting/overachieving sales goals
  
  
• 
  Charismatic and outgoing
  
  
• 
  Good time management is required.
  
  
• 
  Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
  
  
• 
  Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
