Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite Local or Open to Relocate Only)
Job Type: Full-Time (FTE preferred) - Contract-to-Hire (C2H)

Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow Architect with a minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules, especially ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

Key Requirements:

Proven expertise in ServiceNow Architecture and Development


Strong knowledge of CMDB, Asset Management, and Integrations


Experience with scripting (JavaScript), REST/SOAP APIs


Must hold CTA or CMA certification


Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


Experience in large-scale implementations and leading ServiceNow teams


Familiarity with ITBM, Performance Analytics, and custom applications is a plus



Preferred Certifications:

ServiceNow CAD


ITIL v3 Foundation


Certified Scrum Master (Good to have)

Must have: CTA or CMA certifications
