Position Details:
Title: Thermal Repair Technician
Location: Mansfield, TX
Shift: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
Compensation: $24/hr - $29/hr

Position Description:
This position will be responsible for inspecting, testing, and repairing thermal products. Essential tasks and duties include:
--- Collaborate with supervisor and customer service to troubleshoot complex repair issues and determine appropriate next steps.
--- Electronics and mechanical disassembly, repair, and assembly.
--- Experience with circuit board repair and replacement. (USB, PCB etc.)
--- Troubleshooting defect issues.
--- Soldering electrical components.
--- Document and communicate repair notes to end-users and dealers.
--- Keep process logs up to date.
--- Experience with ERP systems a plus (SAP).
--- Maintain work instructions for past repair processes for future reference.
--- Engage with other departments to process unit workflow.

Requirements:
--- Minimum of (2) years of small electronics assembly or repairs.
--- Soldering experience preferred.
--- Experience with PCB's, USB's, and Hallboards preferred.
