Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Directs the operation of shift production, including checking formulas, assigning work tasks, monitoring procedures and schedules to ensure adherence to standards. Estimated pay, based on experience: $57,500 to $90,000 plus annual bonus

Night shift, 6 pm to 6 am, 3 1/2 days on, 3 1/2 days off.Job ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules. Suggests changes in conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew. Recommends and implements new procedures. Confers with other supervisors/management to coordinate activities of department Ensure department and workplace safety by adhering to all federal, state, local, and Company policies and procedures. Analyze and resolve work problems or assist employees in solving work related problems.Desired Experience
Two (2) or more years experience in all areas of plant production work.Desired EducationHigh school diploma AND some College/Military/Vocational Education Required, Bachelor's degree or Food Manufacturing Experience PreferredWe offer a competitive salary and an excellent total rewards package.
