Position Details
Title: Field Service Technician I
Location: Lewisville, TX
Shift: Day
Compensation: $26-$31/hr
Benefits: Comprehensive Corporate Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, PTO, 401K). Bonus based on performance.
Relocation depending on experience.
Travel: Frequent travel to customers' location


Position Description:
Performs complex maintenance and repairs on various systems (mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, diesel) for rental and customer equipment at off-site locations, using independent judgment. Communicates repair options to customers, orders parts, and completes repairs efficiently to meet customer needs and department profitability goals

--- Advises customers on repair solutions, gains approval, and orders parts for timely equipment repair.
--- Prepares machines for service following proper safety procedures to prevent injury.
--- Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment malfunctions and failures.
--- Disassembles and assembles machine components to manufacturer's specifications using various tools.
--- Maintains good customer relations, supports customer needs, and communicates with shop management.

Requirements:
--- More than five years of work-related skill, knowledge, or experience is preferred
--- High school/equivalent diploma or trade school diploma preferred
