**TriMark USA****Inventory Control Specialist****Inventory Control - Lewisville, TX - Full Time*** Blind Cycle count all warehouse bins ensuring that each bin is counted twice per year. * Review and address discrepancies noted on Discrepancy Report so that the number of discrepancies is kept at an acceptable level. * Run key reports to ensure regular and predictable inventory maintenance * Continuous consolidation of inventory. * Backup to Receiving Lead and Receiving Supervisor * Other duties as assigned * Strong organizational skills * Able to work independently and be self-motivated to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision * Excellent math skills * Attention to detail * Ability to multi-task * Solid communication skills * Excellent customer service attitude * Ability to key in data on a computer keyboard and 10-key * Must be able to lift 50lbs on a regular and frequent basis * Maintain records, logs, and forms, with detail and legibility * Ability to verify vendor stock numbers, case counts and packs on new receiving and cyclical inventory * Good working knowledge of computer operating systems * Intermediate level knowledge and experience with Excel and Word * General knowledge of warehouse computer or ERP systems * Ability to diagnose and address inventory discrepancy issues from beginning to end * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills * Ability to use Forklift machine * Tow motor training * Experience in a warehouse distribution environment * Must have the ability to successfully pass a background check. * Positions requiring driving may be required to annually participate in our motor vehicle record pull, and to provide the company with a copy of their driver's license and motor vehicle insurance. * May be asked to perform a drug test for specific position. * Must be a legal citizen or otherwise permitted to legally work in the US without sponsorship. * TriMark USA patriciates in the E-Verify program.
