POSITION OVERVIEWAs a Certinia Accounting (FFA) Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Certinia Accounting for our clients, overseeing projects, and acting as a liaison between our technical staff and clients. You are familiar with the fundamentals of Salesforce and have an in-depth understanding of the development life cycle. You will be responsible for delivering client requirements, re-engineering functions, and supporting solutions. Since this position involves frequent client interactions, excellent communication skills are required to understand their needs and maintain open lines of communication.RESPONSIBILITIES

• Translate business requirements into technical requirements by working with stakeholders to understand business needs.
• Organize and supervise the setup, configuration, and modification of Certinia ERP to meet the company's demands.
• Lead and oversee the requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and deployment phases of the ERP installation lifecycle.
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and plans for ERP implementations.
• Assist business users with technical issues by providing advice and troubleshooting assistance.
• Create workflows and reports for Certinia ERP to meet business needs.
• Conduct end-user training sessions on the Certinia -ERP system.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and recommended procedures in the design and implementation of Certinia ERP.
• Direct and oversee successful ERP implementations.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of accounting and financial systems.
• Configure and customize Certinia ERP or other ERP software in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Work independently and as a part of a team.REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Certinia Accounting or ERP implementation and customization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Expertise in Salesforce basics.
  • Organizational and analytical skills.
  • Hands-on development experience (preferred).
  • Ability to travel to client locations as needed.
