VIVA Railings, LLC, a leader in Architectural Modular Railing Systems, is now accepting resumes for a Construction Superintendent. This position requires 2 years' experience in Ornamental and/or Architectural metal systems as a construction foreman. Ideal candidate must have current working knowledge of Architectural drawings and perform layouts based on the drawings.

The Construction Superintendent will be surrounded by an internal team consisting of an engaging Project Manager as well as a talented installation team. The depth of our team allows the Construction Superintendent and Project Manager to focus on procurement of materials and executing the work within schedule and budget.


Job Requirements for the Construction Superintendent:

- Identify potential problems on site and possess capability to successfully resolve them in a timely manner.

- Familiar with construction environment and requirements on a construction site.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skill to lead an installation team of up to ten employees to accomplish successful completion of the project.

- Strong oral and written skills.

- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflicts.

- Ability to manage differences and diversity at the workplace.

- Strong planning and scheduling skills for timely completion of project.

- Ability to handle administrative duties of position, including completion of required documents.

- Requires occasional out of town travels with some overnight stays.
