Job Description:

We are seeking a Temporary Production Assistant to support our production team. This role focuses on organizing and maintaining job folders and packets for print jobs, ensuring all work tickets, specifications, and materials are accurate and easily accessible. Temporary Production Assistant Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $15–$18/hour (based on experience) Responsibilities: Organize and maintain job folders and production packets Ensure all documents, work tickets, and specifications are complete and accurate File and sort physical and digital documents Assist with labeling, tracking, and preparing materials for production Perform general administrative and organizational tasks Maintain a clean and organized workspace Requirements: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and follow instructions Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to perform light lifting as needed About ProStaff Workforce Solutions We are a fast growing and successful agency that treats all its clients and candidates with a personal touch.
