is seeking a highly creative, platform-fluent Content Producer &
Influencer Manager to develop compelling static and video assets
across our social media channels, including TikTok, Instagram,
Facebook, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn. This role is hands-on and
execution-focused, responsible for producing high-quality,
social-first content that brings our categories, experts, and
stories to life. You’ll work closely with Pop Culture specialists,
Social Media leadership, and Marketing, Communications, and PR
teams to ensure content aligns with brand voice, category
expertise, and broader business goals. The ideal candidate is a
strong visual storyteller who is equally comfortable designing
statics, editing short-form video, and adapting assets for
different platforms and audiences. Portfolios must be submitted for
consideration (see below). LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth
International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other
duties may be assigned. Content Creation & Production Produce
high-quality static and video assets for all major social platforms
(TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, LinkedIn). Create
social-first content including short-form video, Reels, TikToks,
Shorts, carousels, graphics, and basic motion assets. Shoot, edit,
and package content optimized for platform-specific best practices
(aspect ratios, pacing, captions, hooks). Adapt and version content
across platforms while maintaining visual consistency and brand
standards. Collaborate with Social Media Managers and Content
Managers to execute against the editorial calendar. Creative
Collaboration Work closely with Pop Culture specialists, category
experts, and internal stakeholders to translate expertise into
engaging, accessible social content. Partner with Marketing,
Communications, and PR teams to support campaigns, launches,
auctions, and cultural moments. Incorporate feedback from
performance insights and community response to refine future
content. Platform & Trend Fluency Stay current on social trends,
formats, editing styles, and emerging tools—especially within
short-form video. Apply platform-native storytelling techniques to
ensure content feels timely, relevant, and authentic. Contribute
ideas for new content formats, series, and visual approaches.
Workflow & Execution Manage multiple projects simultaneously while
meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Maintain organized
project files and versioning across tools and platforms. Ensure
content is delivered on time, on brand, and production-ready. Tools
& Technical Skills Candidates should be comfortable working across
a range of creation and editing tools, including: Design & Static
Assets: Canva Adobe Photoshop Video Editing & Motion: CapCut Edits
VN Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate motion graphics)
Social Tools (preferred): Meltwater or similar analyitcs platforms
Native platform tools (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X)
Requirements: SKILLS & ABILITIES: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,
Communications, Design, Film, or a related field (or equivalent
experience). 3–5 years of experience producing content for social
media, ideally within a brand, media company, or agency
environment. Proven ability to create both static and video assets
for multiple social platforms. Strong visual sensibility and
attention to detail. Skills & Strengths Excellent storytelling
instincts with a strong eye for composition, pacing, and
platform-native execution. Comfortable working across multiple
categories and adapting tone and visuals accordingly. Strong
organizational and project management skills. Collaborative,
proactive, and able to take creative initiative. Clear communicator
who works well cross-functionally. WORK ENVIRONMENT: Fast-paced,
creative environment spanning many categories of pop culture,
history, and luxury. Requires flexibility, curiosity, and a strong
production mindset. Nice-to-Haves Experience working with
subject-matter experts or on-camera talent. Familiarity with
analytics and performance feedback to inform creative decisions.
