Title: Spanish Translation/Transcreation Duration: 6 month

In-Office Mon-Thurs, Remote on Fridays) Job Summary: We are seeking
a highly skilled and experienced Spanish Translation/Transcreation
Specialist to join our dynamic team in Plano, Texas. In this role,
you will be responsible for providing accurate and culturally
relevant English to Spanish language translation, marketing
transcreations, proofreading, and editing services. Your expertise
will be vital in ensuring that our marketing collateral, texts,
posts, crisis communications, educational pieces, and multimedia
content are effectively localized for the Spanish-speaking
audience. Key Responsibilities: Translate and transcreate marketing
materials, crisis communications, educational content, and
multimedia content from English to Spanish while maintaining the
brand's voice and messaging Proofread and edit translated content
for accuracy, consistency, and quality Collaborate with
cross-functional teams to ensure translated materials meet
marketing objective Perform video translation for subtitles and
voice replacement when necessary Utilize Computer Assisted
Translation (CAT) programs such as SDL/Trados and terminology
glossaries to enhance translation efficiency and consistency
Maintain proficiency in WORD, Excel, and PowerPoint to handle
various document formats Manage multiple projects and channels
simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines in a fast-paced
environment Be adaptable and flexible in responding to crisis
situations or process changes as needed Qualifications: Bachelor's
or Master's degree in Translation (English to Spanish/Spanish to
English), Communications, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of
proven experience in translating and transcreating sales and
marketing materials, as well as crisis communications Proficiency
in Computer Assisted Translation (CAT) software, with experience
using tools such as SDL/Trados Strong proficiency in Microsoft
Office applications (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent written and
verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish Ability to
work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively manage
multiple projects Strong attention to detail and a commitment to
delivering high-quality, culturally appropriate translations
Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
