*Lead Radiologic Technologist*_Our fast-paced Radiology department is looking for a top notch Lead Radiology Tech. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering high-quality medical imaging services that contribute to patient care and diagnosis. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring accurate imaging results while maintaining patient comfort and safety.*Responsibilities** Staff supervision and coordination of daily department activities* Collaborate with the technical staff in organizing and directing department workflow.* Evaluate technical skills, and schedule staff appropriately to include call and holidays. Provide adequate staff coverage including vacation schedules, absenteeism and turnover.* Ensure patient care is efficiently and effectively maintained.
