Job Description:

candidate will be responsible for driving the transformation of the
organization, spearheading strategic initiatives, and ensuring
seamless coordination across departments. The role is crucial to
the success of our Industry 4.0 vision and requires someone with
exceptional leadership and communication skills. A change leader
guides a group of people through planning and implementing change.
This means they're experts at promoting cross-functional
collaboration uniting teams with a shared vision. Change leaders
engage employees in decision-making and encourage them to help each
other. The I4.0 Change Leader reports to the Head of Industry 4.0
at the USA 5G Smart Factory. What you will do Develop and execute
change management strategies to drive organizational transformation
in line with Industry 4.0 objectives. Identify and address barriers
to change and create a culture that embraces innovation and
continuous improvement. Foster a collaborative environment,
encouraging cross-functional teams to work together to achieve
common goals. Monitor the progress of transformation initiatives,
and proactively address any challenges or roadblocks. Stakeholder
Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationship with key
stakeholders, including employees, internal customers, partners,
and suppliers, to ensure their involvement and support throughout
the transformation process. Create and implement comprehensive
communication plans to keep stakeholders informed of the progress,
benefit, and impact of Industry 4.0 initiatives. Engage with
stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and identify
opportunities for improvement or collaboration. Strategic Planning
and Execution: Effectively convey complex concepts, strategies, and
progress updates to a wide range of audiences, including senior
management and external stakeholders. Collaborate with key leaders
to create compelling communication materials that showcase the
organizations vision and achievements. This includes visual aids,
storytelling techniques, and data-driven insights to engage
audiences and convey key messages clearly and persuasively. Assist
Head of Industry 4.0 in developing and implementing a strategic
vision for the organization Lead planning and execution of key
strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
and objectives. Collaborate with various internal and external
stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth and
expansion. You will bring Bachelor's degree in engineering,
business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or relevant
Master's) is strongly preferred. Proven track record of leading
change management initiatives and driving organization
transformation. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills, and the ability to think strategically and
act tactically. Experience in coordinating or serving on multi-team
projects and working in cross-functional teams or environments.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building
skills, with the ability to work effectively and in collaboration
with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders. Why join
