Maintains a high level of customer service and satisfaction at all times.Responsibilities

• Maintains all mail and package logs
• Maintains inventory and office supplies
• Sorts / delivers mail and packages
• Posts outgoing mail
• Receives and sends packages
• Occasionally assists the Print Facility with print finishing work such as kitting, lamination, binding, etc.
• Scanning and some file conversion
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal, and interpersonal skills required
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment
• Problem solving skills - identify and resolve problems in a timely, effective manner
• Organized with a high attention to details.
• Have working knowledge of computer programs in Windows environment including Word, Excel and E-mail.Candidate Profile

      • Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levelThe base salary range for this position is $17.00-19.00 per hour. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
