Whether receiving inbound calls from current or potential customers, placing outbound calls offering services, answering questions about discounts & promotions, or explaining the various other company services we offer to current and/or potential customers; the Call Center Representative is an integral part of our organization.Job Requirements:

• Handle customer inquiries accordingly
• Provide information about the products and services
• Help de-escalate customer needs and get them to proper departments
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and servicesQualifications / Skills:
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
