We are looking for an experienced Operations Support Associate in our brand new state of the art facility located in Lewisville, Texas. This position's key responsibilities will support inventory management, inventory control, operations customer service, remote third party warehouses and daily transaction support while maintaining safety, quality, productivity, attendance and cross-training in all areas of operations. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 9AM - 6PM. This position requires lifting up to 70 pounds on a regular basis. How you will spend your time: The Operations Support Associate will receive customer returns; process factory RMA's from suppliers.The Operations Support Associate will conduct random and/or scheduled cycle counts and stock verification, make inventory adjustments and research lost product and system discrepancies. The Operations Support Associate will process stock rotations and inventory adjustments.Work with third party logistics to support their receiving, put away, order picking, packing and shipping processes.The Operations Support Associate will review, monitor and assess disposition of daily; inventory adjustments, lost product, auto holds and overcommit items.
