Job Description:

Financial Additions is searching for an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor for a contract-to-hire or direct-hire position in Lewisville. Great company with lots of growth opportunities! Responsibilities include:

Supervise and train AP staff (2-4 clerks)
Full cycle AP (entering invoices, 3-way match)
Dealing with exceptions
Ensure timely payments for discounts
Reconciliations and assist with month-end close as neededRequirements include:
- 2+ years supervising AP staff
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles
- Tech-savvy - easily learns new software
- Strong communicator and leadership skills
- Analytical and good problem-solver
