Are you a ROCK STAR on the phone?Experienced in a call center?If you like outbound calling, cold calling, and setting appointments for our insurance agents, along with a commission-based salary that has no limitations on how much you can earn, keep reading!This is an Entry Level PositionWe operate in a fast-paced environment at a top insurance agency in Lewisville, TX. We are interviewing experienced phone sales individuals who are capable of converting internet leads, warm leads, social media, and database leads into appointments. This will have a base pay but the real money is in the commissions. Make as much as you want. As agents, we get paid based on how hard we work. We want someone who takes pride in their work and is willing to bet on themselves. We provide all the training, mentoring, scripting, and coaching in-house. • Daily review of the leads provided from the different sources and funnels
• Call, email, and use various communication forms to identify the validity and potential of the lead
• Convert leads into appointments
• Track and report on all leads within the pipeline
• Works on miscellaneous projects as directed by the Sales Director and Executive Team
• Cold call, direct email, and perform other lead generation activities.Requirements
