All-State Belting, LLC has been providing our customers with superior quality conveyor belting and accessories throughout North America. Founded as a distributor of bulk rubber and conveyor components, All-State has expanded its capabilities to include rubber fabrication, field splice installation services, and custom rubber part manufacturing.We are seeking to add an experienced millwright to join our team in Dallas, TX. This most qualified candidates would be ones with experience doing basic welding and cutting, setting bearings, general maintenance, alignment of pulleys and more. This will involve work in the branch workshop and a significant proportion of time out at customer sites.Our employees strive to perform their duties in a safe, professional, and efficient manner. We offer an excellent benefits package that includes health, dental and vision, 401(k), vacation, sick and holiday pay.Your job duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Installing and repairing of industrial machinery and equipment and competent with operating basic hand and power toolsLaser alignment of pulleys, drives and gearboxesAble to do basic welding/cutting including stick, wire, plasma, gougingSetting bearings on the conveyor system.General maintenance on different types of warehouse equipment.Use cranes, fork trucks, hoist pulleys, and rollers to complete job properly and effectivelyOperate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts require during overhaul, maintenance or set-up of machinery.*Qualifications:*Must have a valid driver's licenseHigh school diploma or equivalent.Mechanically inclined to read work orders, use tools and equipment.Basic rigging, lifting and slingingTechnical training in related technical field is a plus.At least 3 years of millwright experienceExcellent organizational and problem solving skills.Strong commitment to workplace health and safety issuesAble to lift and load equipment into vehicle and unload at repair sites.Must be able to lift 50 lbs.Mechanical skills are helpful.Experience:At least 3 years of millwright experienceWork Location:One location with traveling to customer sites at least 50% of the time.Benefits:Health insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceRetirement planPaid time offTypical start time:7AMTypical end time:3:30pmPay Frequency:WeeklyThis Job Is:Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GEDOpen to applicants who do not have a college diplomaHighly encouraged for Veterans to applySchedule:Monday to FridayOvertimeJob Type: Full-timePI200602166
