Development Specialist

Bachelor's degree required (Business degree preferred); Master's degree a plus. 2-plus years of professional experience in an organization (post undergraduate degree). Demonstrated project management skills. Ability to work both independently without close oversight, but also a team player who will productively engage with others at varying levels of seniority within and outside Company. High energy and passion for Companys mission is essential (can tell the BayMark story). A positive, highly motivated, self-starter, with a can-do attitude, who is flexible and open to trying new things and can work well within a team and independently. High degree of initiative.
