Job Functions and Responsibilities:

* Oversee all facilities requirements at the PACCAR North Texas office
* Coordinate facility operations including maintenance, security, food services and office support services
* Manage vendor selection processes. Coordinate with purchasing, accounting and law department on vendor contracts
* Manage preventive maintenance plans to ensure smooth-running operations
* Resolve facilities service requests submitted by PACCAR personnel. Suggest methods to improve services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of facility tenants
* Provide regular status updates to PNT site leadership and coordinate site-wide notification of planned facilities activities affecting the site
* Support Safety Committee actions to maintain safety and ergonomics standards including carrying out safety drills
* Monitor and coordinate work performed by outside contractors - Oversee repairs performed by third party vendors and landlord
* Manage landlord relationship and coordinate with the landlord for tenants needs
* Administer controlled access data: badges, clearances, and monthly reports to support the security records for the building
* Manage office operating expense budget
* Manage execution of facilities projects, including obtaining approvals through senior management, costs, budgets, schedule, and changes as needed
* Lead the Facilities staff in development with training programs
* Create and track department purchase requisitions, ensure open purchase orders are reconciled against purchase requisitions and invoices are received. Contact vendors as required
* Assist internal departments with moving of furnishings and modular office systems
* Office support activities: route mail and reports, maintain office supplies, ensure printers are operational and maintained, set up office events and meetings
* Provide reception and IT support as needed
* Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills:

* Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related major required.
* 3+ years of related experience and/or training.
* IFMA certification desired.
* Knowledge of building systems and equipment.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Proven leadership skills. High energy level, goal oriented individual.
* Ability to handle multiple assignments and changing priorities.
* Experience handling facility operations and project work simultaneously.
* Ability to productively interact with senior leaders, managers, employees, vendors and contractors
* Willingness to travel up to 15% annually
