Description:Job Overview: An order management specialist is responsible for monitoring sales orders and confirming accurate delivery details to the customers. Order management specialists verify the availability of placed orders, ensuring its quality before shipment to avoid complaints and issues.Summary: You will spend most of the day on email and/or phone with external/internal customers, collecting, entering and processing orders for installation on a scheduled time frame. Customer Service is a large part of our Company and works with all departments.Duties:--- Inputting customer details on orders--- Transcribing selection sheets for install--- Process work order for install--- Proofreading data--- Answer email within 1 hour--- Answer phone calls from sales partners and client account reps.--- Update records for reselections and/or rescheduled installs--- Dealing with customer and homeowner queries--- Working to meet deadline each day--- Operate office equipment including computers, printers and copiers--- Adhere to confidentiality regulationsSkills:data entry, Typing, fast pace, Customer service, Multi Tasking, Restaurant customer service, WPMAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must Take Typing Test:--- Must score 40+ WPM* with high accuracyPrevious experience in SupplyPro or BuildPro is a HUGE PLUS and can warrant $19.00/hrIn office, No remote capabilities.Training Hours for first 3-4 weeks (Training on the Job style) is Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
