  • Associates' degree or 3 years management experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Customer Service: 1 year (Required)
  • Computer Skills: 1 year (Required)Preferred Qualifications
    • Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-specialty office, highly preferred
    • Knowledge of Dentrix and Dolphin dental software
