    • Promotes dealership by presenting professional image, positive attitude, and clean work area.
    • Meet customers when pulling into service drive with a SMILE and great/professional attitude
    • Install floor mat/steering wheel protector and park vehicle in correct location
    • Deliver vehicle to customer with a SMILE and assist customer with a great attitudeRequired SkillsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
      • Maintain a driving record consistence with 5 Star Ford requirements.
      • Computer literate and able to use a computer..
      • Able to maneuver in and around the shop/parking area as needed.
      • Promotes a productive working relationship with others.

      • Provides clear and legible record of service completed for both customer and dealership use.

        • Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
        • Effectively handles and implements changes in Service Department.
        • Listens to and supports new ideas and approaches; adapts to change quickly.
        • Maintains composure when faced with multiple demands.Understanding and Using Business KnowledgePrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
          • Performs preventive maintenance, cleaning, and repairs on dealership tools and equipment; ensures facility is clean and organized at all times.
          • Follows all hazardous waste and OSHA safety regulations and company policies.SKILL REQUIREMENTSSkills required to perform principal/additional duties and responsibilities:Achieving High Standards focuses on getting results, displaying professionalism, and maintaining awareness to details. Additional training to maintain skill level is required and is on ongoing process.
