Job DescriptionSalary: 45-60kTechnical Service Analyst

The opportunity: IPeople (Interface People - https://www.ipeople.com/) is seeking an experienced, engaging, and passionate Technical Service Analyst to join their growing team. We serve the healthcare industry, and our product allows providers to focus on improving or saving lives. We are actively seeking an energetic, eager, and customer-focused individual for our Technical Services team who will provide front-line services to our clients. This individual needs a basic understanding of Windows-based applications that interact with databases, web services, Windows services, and the ability to work well under pressure. On-the-job training will be given for proprietary IPeople products and services. Your responsibilities:

  • Answer support phone and email and complete customer support tickets
  • Assist users in working with computer systems and programs
  • Perform basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for IPeople products & services
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide user assistance in solving computer-related problems
  • Collaborate with customers and developers to help test, maintain, and monitor computers programs and systems to address customer issues
  • Review and analyze performance indicators to locate code problems and correct the identified errors or route them properly
  • Route and document customer issues and communicate appropriately
  • Actively focus on and contribute to the success of the customer experience
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary What you'll need to be successful:
    • Basic understanding or familiarity with database connectivity (ADO/ADO.NET, ODBC, OLE DB, etc.)
    • Basic understanding of SQL Server and its related tools (e.g. SSMS, SQL Profiler, etc.
    • Have a passion for customer service
    • Work well under pressure
    • Good understanding of Windows development techniques and Microsoft development tools/ environments
    • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical customers
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oralWhy iPeople?
