Your passion is ensuring a successful sales cycle by developing
marketing qualified leads (MQLs). As a Sales Development
Representative, you accelerate sales by conducting outbound
prospecting processes and client discovery appointments. You focus
on initiating contact with clients who have expressed interest in
targeted technologies. You maximize the success of outside sales
professionals by identifying client needs, determining
serviceability and potential solutions while qualifying the client
intent to purchase.
You excel at exciting qualified clients about their next step,
which is to meet with their outside sales professional. You

What you will do: Be an impactful sales team member by actively
and consistently supporting all efforts to simplify and enhance the
Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity goals by
using telephone-based prospecting techniques
Increase sales by establishing and maintaining a high-level of
client satisfaction, professionalism and courtesy.
Initiate the sales cycle by managing a pipeline of interested
prospects and engaging MQLs using a structured prospecting process,
including email and outbound calling methods.
Ensure sales cycle success by qualifying prospects and
determining location serviceability.
Improve client satisfaction by consistently demonstrating
proficiency when explaining all products and services to potential
Support the success of outside sales professionals by scheduling
qualified client hand-offs.
Resolve client issues by working cross-functionally with
internal teams as needed.
Maintain an accurate client database by tracking all lead
activity, opportunities and managing reports using Salesforce.
Develop successful sales skills by committing to the continuous
learning of sales processes and techniques.
Perform additional duties related to the position as
Required keys for success: Two years of previous sales support
or telecommunications experience
