Temp Parts & Warehouse Manager – Immediate Opportunity We’re seeking a skilled and dependable Parts & Warehouse Manager who is committed to success, highly organized, and customer-focused. This role is ideal for someone with strong computer skills, inventory management experience, and a passion for keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently. Position Overview The Parts & Warehouse Manager is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with assigned vendors, and ensuring the accurate flow of products throughout the company. This role plays a key part in maintaining cost-effective purchasing, accurate records, and excellent internal and external customer service. Key Responsibilities - Procure parts and products from assigned vendors - Manage inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records - Track incoming and outgoing materials and supplies - Inspect received goods for accuracy and damage - Package, weigh, and label shipments for delivery - Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing orders - Distribute products to appropriate departments - Support customer needs and requests in a professional, informative, and efficient manner - Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment Qualifications - Previous experience in parts, warehouse, inventory, or supply management - Strong computer skills and ability to maintain accurate records - Customer service experience and professional communication skills - Excellent organizational and time-management abilities - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Pay & Benefits - Starting pay: $21–$22 per hour (based on experience) - Comprehensive benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance - Paid Time Off Holiday Pay - Referral Bonus opportunities Ready to step up?
