Job Description Job Description Looking for an attorney to join
our team. The firm has a diverse civil practice which includes oil
and gas title work/transactions/litigation, corporate transactions
and litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, probate
and estate planning, as well as serving as general counsel for
several businesses. Duties will include: Court appearances; Meeting
with clients; Drafting pleadings and handling discovery; Drafting
transaction documents; performing title examinations; and Working
with other attorneys and staff at the firm. This is an in-office
position and will start as on a contractor basis. For the right
person, there is an opportunity for a full-time associate position,
with benefits.
