estate law firm in Dallas, TX, seeking a skilled Real Estate &
Business Formation Attorney with 2 to 6 years of experience. This
is a great opportunity for a Real Estate & Business Formation
Attorney who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to
contribute to a dynamic team. Responsibilities & Qualifications: 2
years of experience in transactional real estate law. Strong
experience in business formation, including structuring entities
and transactional work. Proven ability to represent developers,
lessors, managers, and brokers in real estate deals. Familiarity
with real estate areas such as construction, bankruptcy, business
entities, and corporate law. Texas law license required. Board
