$110,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a
dynamic and experienced Construction Attorney to join our growing
legal team. This is a permanent position offering an exceptional
opportunity to work on complex construction disputes and defects,
providing legal advice and representation for our clients in the
construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible
for managing all aspects of construction law, including dispute
resolution, contract negotiation, and risk management. This role
requires a deep understanding of construction law, excellent
negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced
environment. Why join us? Provide legal counsel on a wide range of
construction matters including contract disputes, construction
defects, and risk management. Represent clients in court or before
government agencies, presenting evidence to defend clients or
prosecute defendants in construction litigation. Negotiate
settlements of civil disputes in favor of construction clients.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems related to
construction cases. Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for
individuals and businesses in the construction industry. Job
Details Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the Texas State Bar. At least 3 years of experience as
a construction attorney or in a similar role. Proven experience
with construction disputes and defects. In-depth knowledge of
federal, state, and local construction laws and regulations.
