Transactional Business Formation Associate - Grapevine, TX A
well-established and reputable boutique commercial law firm, based
in Grapevine, TX, with a highly collegial environment, is seeking a
Transactional Business Formation Associate to join their team
full-time. Experience with business formation ransactions is
desired for this role. However, backgrounds that also include
experince in other areas of transactional law will be considered.
This is an in-office position. The firm may provide transit suport
for those commuting into Grapevine. The salary for this role will
be top market-competitive and commensurate with experience, with
generous performance-based bonuses. Skills and Requirements:
Applicants must live near to Grapevine,TX, this is an in-office
role Experience in transactional business formation Desire to grow
and advance with the firm over the long-term Ability to work
alongside senior partners to assist with workflow as required
