managing the day-to-day activities and functions for the assigned
team. Key responsibilities include delegating work to team members,
supervising work processes, providing informal leadership of sub
teams or technology silos, managing on call and support schedules,
and providing leadership, mentorship, and direction to team
members. Job expectations include solving complex technical and
analytical issues and effectively communicating results to senior
management and Line of Business partners. Responsibilities: Provide
Application Production Support services for various Real Estate and
GHR applications. Closely collaborate with global support teams as
well as with development and business partners. Ensure risk,
financial, and compliance polices and standards relevant to the
role are met. Manage relationships with senior business and
technology partners. Sets KPI's for the team to follow. Makes
decisions about technology that will increase or deliver business
values. Ability to identify solutions for complex problems in
infrastructure and application technologies to improve production
stability. Extensive experience with providing hands-on production
support Very good understanding of Incident, Service Request,
Problem and Change Management lifecycles Required Qualifications
Experienced with various operating systems and their applications :
Minimum 5 years experience in Linux/Unix, windows Extensive
hands-on experience with various database management systems
Minimum 5 years experience in :SQL/PLSQL and Oracle Hands on
Experience on ITIL standards which includes Service Strategy,
Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation. Microsoft
office Minimum 5 years experience in Leveraging SharePoint handling
tools which include Central administration, online admin center and
power shell scripts. Expert analytical expertise and problem
solving proficiency Skilled in Autosys ( Automation Tool) and its
components. Skills: Architecture Innovative Thinking Result

Hudson (NJ2101) Pay and benefits information Pay range $90,900.00 -
$157,900.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on
experience, education and skill set. Discretionary incentive
eligible This role is eligible to participate in the annual
discretionary plan. Employees are eligible for an annual
discretionary award based on their overall individual performance
results and behaviors, the performance and contributions of their
line of business and/or group; and the overall success of the
