Job Details Job Details: As a Permanent Senior Application Support Analyst you will play a pivotal role in supporting and maintaining our cutting-edge applications. Provide high-quality technical support for our suite of applications, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues, implementing long-term fixes and improvements. 3. Collaborate with the development team to understand application functionality and architecture. 4. Work closely with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and compatibility between systems. 5. Monitor application performance, identifying potential issues and working proactively to prevent disruptions. 6. Assist in the planning and implementation of application upgrades and updates. 7. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for supported applications. 8. Provide expert advice and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement. 9. Participate in on-call rotation for application support. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in application support, ideally within the Tech Services industry. 3. Strong understanding of system architecture and application integration. 4. Proficient in troubleshooting complex software issues. 5. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential issues. 6. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience. 7. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. 8. Strong team player with a commitment to collaborative problem solving. 9.
