The OpportunityTeladoc has embarked on a business and system
transformation program that involves migrating from multiple legacy
ERP systems to a single instance Oracle ERP platform. The company
also has adopted SAFe framework for managing development and
dependencies across the organization. We are looking for an Agile
Project Manager with experience in ERP domain to help with
supporting program increment planning and execution for legacy ERP
and future state ERP build requirements.The Sr Technical Program
Manager, ERP Operations has overall accountability to lead ERP run
support operations. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Apps, you
will work with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams to
plan, schedule, manage, test, release, train and support ERP defect
and enhancement requests to drive an efficient ERP platform. You
will be a key stakeholder in working with the business and
technology teams to deliver on functionality.ResponsibilitiesThe
main areas of attention will be to drive release management,
support, audit compliance, and training to improve effective
utilization of the ERP landscape.The Sr Technical Program Manager,
ERP Operations will need to:
- Work with business facing and technical teams to ensure
requirements are defined and clearly understood in order to then
schedule for a release
- Lead release management lifecycle including scheduling,
managing, and coordinating releases across different teams and
projects
- Construct a release calendar including timelines, milestones,
cadence of releases, and oversee documentation of release,
- Manage and mitigate risks and resolve issues regarding release
quality and schedule
- Ensure teams are adhering to best practice and have a forward
thinking and change management approach
- Monitor success of releases and collect feedback
- Ability to facilitate/manage technical and business teams
toward a common goal
- Document and train on release content to an appropriate level
and to the right audience
- Understand Enhancement requests and Production Support
needs
- Work closely with business leadership to document and
prioritize application requirements to support of ongoing "run" or
"business as usual" functional needs
- Lead Level 1 Support teams and maintain support structure for
global applications
- Manage prioritized features and process for program increment
(PI) planning cycle
- Ensure all changes to applications, user access, and releases
follow certified audit compliance controls and guidelines and are
monitored on a monthly basis to validate process utilization and
improvementLocation: Purchase, NY or Lewisville, TXRequired
Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 7+ years experience leveraging technology and data to
positively impact business outcomes
- 7+ years of work experience in sales or business operations and
planning, ERP system implementation or related discipline
- Demonstrated history of successful project delivery in an agile
environment.
- Demonstrate ability to work closely business at all levels
while directing technical teams
- Formal Scrum and/or Project Management training.
- Knowledge of various project planning and tracking tools such
as Azure DevOps, Trello, JIRA
- High energy level with a hands-on approach combined with the
ability to provide leadership and structure in a fast paced,
dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, organized and desire for continuous
improvement and innovation
- Confident, self-starter with ability to work with minimal
direction and within a team
- Strong communication skills
- Strong systems aptitude and proficiency
- Bachelor's Degree in a Computer Science, Engineering, or
related technical fieldPreferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, And
Experience
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Experience, preferred
- Excellent stakeholder business communication skills, including
written, verbal and presentation skills
- Business-fluent English language skills in speaking and writing
are obligatory
- Able to effectively lead teams and facilitate workshopsThe base
salary range for this position is $110,000 - $130,000. In addition
to a base salary, this position is eligible for performance bonus,
RSU's, and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed
here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2022. Total compensation is based on
several factors including, but not limited to, type of position,
location, education level, work experience, and certifications.
