Job DescriptionSalary: 65k to 85kThe opportunity:

IPeople (Interface People - https://www.ipeople.com/) is seeking an experienced, engaging, and passionate Delivery Specialist to join their growing team of Meditech professionals and Customer Success team. We serve the healthcare industry, and our product allows providers to focus on improving or saving lives. The Delivery Specialist works hand in hand with the Project Managers and Customer Success team to deliver software and services to our customers. Your responsibilities:

• Completing assigned tasks during our Sprints.
• Participate in the planning, creation and grooming of project deliverables.
• Deploy contracted software systems according to current standards and processes.
• Escalate tickets, following the proper escalation path, whenever necessary.
• Update documentation, where applicable, on changes to production systems.
• Help create documentation where needed to standardize common processes. What you'll need to be successful:
  • Intermediate experience with Visual Basic, VBScript or a similar scripting language
  • Intermediate database management experience
  • Intermediate SQL query building experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, etc.)
  • Familiar with Scrum and Agile development methodologies
  • Healthcare experience
  • Knowledge of HL7 messages
  • Familiar with hospital information systems
  • Working knowledge of Azure Why iPeople?
