The Senior Technical Analyst will act as the Technical Liaison between Client Experience and Operations, Information Technology, and the client. This will include communicating with internal partners as a technical consultant on the integration of Teladoc and the client systems. This role will be accountable for meeting client deadlines for real-time eligibility, single sign on, custom landing pages, and API development. The Technical Analyst will work closely with all stakeholders to define and capture requirements to be implemented by the Development Team. This role will work with the Client Integration and Client Operations teams and management to prioritize client requirements for development. The Technical Analyst will follow the Agile development process, to define the scope of work for the Scrum team by creating user stories and developing acceptance criteria. This individual will adhere to turnaround times, quality controls and Key Performance Indicator measurements outlined within Client Operations and departmental goals. Responsibilities Pillar the Client Operations team in the development of functionality, goals, and features Investigate and organize information to determine downstream impact of payer management processes Ability to facilitate an organized flow, track, and report on multiple client development efforts concurrently Engagement in day-to-day activities with the Development Team Cornerstone the development of a prioritized product backlog, including the development of user stories, acceptance criteria and scenarios for your Development Team to create working software Facilitate communication between all stakeholders to ensure that work is prioritized appropriately to meet business goals and managing priorities of Line of Business Attend meetings with clients and internal partners during implementations and setup Work with the Client Operations management to refine backlog contents and priority Oversee Service Measurement and monitoring of Real Time Eligibility Deliver process improvement through constant review with internal partners and departments Accountable for meeting client deadlines on development, user acceptance testing, and client sign off Responsible for documenting root cause of issues and providing solutions Candidate Profile Partnering with key stakeholders to identify the solutions that meet the client needs Maintaining product backlog Advising stakeholders on options, risks, and aligning of priorities Team cross functionality with infrastructure, business users, and technology partners Creating user help for end users and internal teams Providing direction for testing of new functionality Facilitating implementation of new functionality through training and demonstrations Ability work under pressure with minimal supervision Thinking strategically to make appropriate business judgement Excellent verbal and written skills are critical to communicate technical language technical and non-technical audiences Manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders Trained in agile software development processes 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Systems Analyst, System Analyst College degree preferred Why Join Teladoc Health?
