• High School Diploma or Equivalent (4 years additional relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree) required or
• Bachelor's Degree requiredExperience
  • 2 years recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting as a CMA or LVN (with Bachelor's Degree) required or
  • 6 years recent experience in an ambulatory clinic setting as a CMA or LVN (without Bachelor's Degree) required and
  • 1 year of preferred adult training using different learning toolsLicenses and Certifications
    • LVN - Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire required or
    • CMA - Medical Assistant Certified - Acquired through an accredited program upon hire required and
    • Other- CPR (BCLS) Certification upon hire requiredWhat You Will DoCollaborates with Clinical Training team to conduct focused training in a classroom setting:
      • Assures a high-quality education and training experience by utilization of evidence-based resources and best practices.
      • Possesses knowledge of and ability to implement a wide variety of interactive adult learning principles.Conducts competency assessments in the classroom and/or the clinical setting:
        • Observes employees in practical application of procedures, assesses competencies and provides one-to-one training/coaching as needed.Track Satisfactory Completion Of Required Staff Clinical Competencies
          • Documents performance and provides feedback to employee on level of performance based on class objectives
          • Completes employee evaluation forms in a timely mannerAdditional Responsibilities
            • Works with manager to continually provide feedback on training and proficiency programs
