This position will support the Payroll department with a variety of duties such as data entry, reconciliation of timecards, paycheck distribution and providing statements to various departments. In order to successfully perform as part of this dynamic, fast-growing team, a candidate will need to communicate effectively with both internal team members and outside customers. This Payroll Clerk opportunity is based in the Lewisville, Texas area and is a long-term employment role.What you get to do every single day- Reach out to employees via phone and email to obtain timesheet approvals- Compile a system of administering and distributing reports- Supply the organization with instructions/training regarding the use of payroll-related systems including entry of timesheets, online access of pay statements, etc.- Data entry into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Arrange data into spreadsheets and the payroll system- Carry out clerical duties such as filing, scanning, faxing, photocopying, etc- Configure custom reports
