Job Description:

Position: Trainer - Customer Service Location: Lewisville, TX(Onsite) Fulltime/Direct Hire Note: Need candidates with active passport and who is comfortable travelling outside USA for 4 to 5 weeks of training. Responsible for: The Trainer is responsible for the compliance and training of all team members from onboarding new agents to coaching and refresher training on an ongoing basis. It includes the facilitation and delivery of campaign training requirements to both new and existing employee groups, approximately 15 employees per group however not limited to this, to ensure all training objectives are met within required timeframes and high speed to competency results are achieved.The Trainer will manage and maintain all required knowledge content for the teams to ensure accurate and detailed information is available to effectively resolve customer enquiries. Key Skills and Capabilities: Excellent customer service knowledge and skills Problem solving and conflict resolution skills Excellence in service delivery Excellent written and oral communication skills Ability to analyze data Ability to motivate and lead teams Sound business acumen Ability to build relationships & work collaboratively with clients and organizational peers Efficient and accurate typing ability Ability to work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritize and exercise discretion Addresses and resolves conflict constructively Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively Maintains service quality under time pressures Commercial Aptitude Attention to detail Negotiation skills Analytical skills Qualifications and Typical Experience: 2 years experience in organizational development _(desirable)_ French Canadian language skills, written and verbal _(desirable)_ Experience on phone, email and live chat support preferred but not required Experience in Customer Service, Sales, Billing, Collections and Technical Support preferred but not requiredJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per yearSchedule: 8 hour shift Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Lewisville, TX: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: One location
