vibe at the Golf Ranch! Position Overview: As a Sales and Service
Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for guests,
providing them with information about the Golf Ranch and helping
them make informed decisions to enhance their experience. From
answering questions and promoting our offerings to creating a sense
of belonging and facilitating sales transactions, you'll play a
crucial role in ensuring that every guest leaves with a smile.

moment they walk through the door. Information Guru: You're a
fountain of knowledge about all things Golf Ranch-related, and you
love sharing that knowledge with others in a way that's informative

skills and empathy, allowing you to guide guests towards decisions
that enhance their experience while respecting their needs and
preferences. Community Builder: You're passionate about fostering a
sense of belonging and connection within the Golf Ranch community,
and you're always looking for ways to make guests feel like they're
part of something special. Adaptable and Versatile: You're a quick
learner who can adapt to changing situations and tasks with ease,
ensuring that every guest's needs are met and exceeded.
Responsibilities: Front Desk Dynamo: Work the front desk counter
with a smile, greeting guests warmly and efficiently handling
inquiries and transactions. Information Ambassador: Provide guests
with comprehensive information about the Golf Ranch and its
offerings, including facilities, services, promotions, and events.
Community Cultivator: Create a welcoming and inclusive environment
where every guest feels a sense of belonging and connection to the
Golf Ranch community. Gentle Salesperson: Be a salesperson, but not
a pushy one – guide guests towards purchasing decisions that align
with their interests and enhance their experience without applying
pressure. Team Player: Assist with various tasks around the
facility, including cooking, as needed to ensure smooth operations
and guest satisfaction. Requirements: 1. Must be 18 years of age.
2. Must have or be able to obtain a Texas Food Handler’s and TABC
(Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission) Certification 3. Must have
availability to work nights and weekends. 4. Must be able to stand
and remain on your feet for extended periods of time during shifts.
5. Must be able to lift and carry items weighing 50 pounds or more.
