Job Description Job Description Event Specialist Job Opportunity Location: Dallas, Texas About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Specialist to join our growing team in Dallas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing memorable events that exceed client expectations. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive event strategies and timelines for corporate, social, and special events Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations Coordinate all logistical details including venue selection, catering, audio-visual requirements, and transportation Conduct site visits and perform thorough venue assessments Create and manage event communication processes Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown Prepare post-event reports and conduct client satisfaction evaluations Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills: Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field Experience with corporate and social event planning 1-2 years of professional event planning experience Knowledge of Dallas/Fort Worth event venues Bilingual skills (English/Spanish a plus) What We Offer: Competitive pay ($42,500 - $45,000 depending on experience) Health Insurance 401(k) program Professional development opportunities Collaborative and creative work environment
